All I need for you to do is to look for HOUSES that look VACANT or that need a lot of work and send me the address
The home HAS to meet this criteria:
In the WAKE, or DURHAM county ONLY
MUST NOT, have a realtor sign outside or be listed
Look for tall grass, broken windows, covered doors, dirty siding
How you get paid:
I will reach out to the owner, if I end up buying the house, I will pay you $1000 the closing
